Psychosociologist, passionate about mindset change. Specialist in learning, transition and empowerment processes. In the course of my work, I have found that to change behaviour, habits and prejudices, it is vital to go beyond the irrational dimension of human beings. If we only listen to our feelings and emotions, we cannot understand what is preventing our teams from adapting. Before taking action, before designing training and coaching programmes, it is vital to start from the perception of those who need to change their behaviour. How do they see change? Do they think it is necessary? What will the change entail? What obstacles and levers do they have at their disposal to gradually change their habits? Once this diagnosis is shared, it will be possible to involve everyone and make them the initiators of their own change.
